The ”Cover Girl” debate re-visited
Queen B on the cover of November’s Harpers Bazaar
It was only last month that we heard the fashion industry buzzing with excitement over the news of real models being used as cover girls on fashion magazines, and after a few years of celebrities replacing models on front covers and editorials, more recently there seems to have been a shift back to the using celebs who first started off in their careers as models for example Miranda Kerr on the cover of Australian Vogue.
But with Rihanna and Adele recently gracing the cover of Vogue and now with the stunning shots of Beyonce for Harper’s Bazaar’s November issue, should the industry just accept the fact that there will always be more of a demand for celebrities in magazines?
Let us know your thoughts….
