Accessory must-have: Beats by Dre headphones

In 2008 we were first introduced to Beats by Dre headphones which started of as a cool set of headphones created by music producer Dr Dre which had the ability (unlike any other headphones at the time) to block out all outside noises leaving you with just the sweet beats of your music. But now three years later, you can hardly walk down the street without seeing the iconic headphones over the ears of somebody and nowadays people are wearing them as a statement fashion accessory just as much as they’re wearing them to listen to music.

Beats by Dre made over-the-ear headphones cool again and as a result have now become an ”IT” fashion accessory among both men and women with everyone from Gwen Stefani, Justin Beiber, Tulisa and Aston from JLS rocking these beauties. Lady Gaga has even designed a collection for the brand named Heartbeats which features fierce gold/ black spike detailing on the headphones as well as Justin Beiber who released an exclusive purple pair. Dr Dre said about the headphones: ”Artists and producers work hard in the studio perfecting their sound. But people can’t really hear it with normal headphones. Most headphones can’t handle the bass, the detail, the dynamics.
